Shipping

 

United States Orders

 

Creative Handcrafted Gifts primarily uses USPS Priority Mail for orders shipped within the United States.  Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.  Shipping charges are as follows:

 

                                           Orders up to $75.00:             California                $3.00

                                                                                             All other states      $5.00

                                           Orders $75.00 and higher:   All states                 Free Shipping

 

International Orders

 

Creative Handcrafted Gifts accepts online orders from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan and most countries in Western Europe.  International orders are shipped using USPS Priority International Mail.  All duties and/or fees imposed by the customer’s home country are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Once international orders have been shipped, Creative Handcrafted Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, or any delays in shipping.  It is highly recommended that customers be advised of their country’s policies on receiving international goods before placing an order.  Shipping charges are as follows:

 

                                            Orders up to $150.00:              $12.00

                                            Orders $150.00 and higher:    Free Shipping

 

Sales Tax

 

7.75% sales tax applies for California residents.  Sales tax will be added at check-out.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

 

Upon receipt of package, if there is any obvious damage noted, please make a note on the delivery slip that you sign.  Call your local USPS office to schedule an inspection of the damage.  If package is lost in shipping, Creative Handcrafted Gifts will provide any necessary information to help in the recovery and/or replacement of the merchandise.

 

Return Policy

 Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit.  No cash refunds will be given.  Creative Handcrafted Gifts requires that the merchandise be returned before it can be replaced.  Creative Handcrafted Gifts does not give refunds or credit on shipping costs.  In the event of an order error due to the fault of Creative Handcrafted Gifts, the order will be reshipped with the correct item(s) after receipt of the incorrect item(s).  In this case the shipping costs incurred by the customer to return the merchandise will be credited to the customer.
